At IHS-GPAC, our pledge is to unify and advocate for all people with migraine and headache disorders. We do this by spreading our message globally and acting locally to help advocacy organizations with their efforts. Our mission is to help implement optimal standards of migraine care and raise awareness of its impact on the individual and society.

In Step 1, we encourage you to find an employer to partner to build your migraine wellness initiative. Use the below files to introduce yourself, and the concept of migraine friendly workplaces to employers.
In Step 2, it is important to discuss what benefits the employer partner already has and what they need. Use the below files to introduce our tactics and select the right ones for your initiative.
In Step 3, we recommend that you plan your initiative with employer partners from the beginning to the end. Use the below files to align on objectives and initiative design.
In Step 4, we offer guidelines and best practices for meeting with your team and employer partner throughout the initiative. Use the below file to manage your progress with your team.
